Online marketplace for booking tours, tickets and activities when travelling.

About the Role

  • Join the Comparison team as a Senior Product Designer.
  • The Comparison team is a new strategic area of the business focused on category verticals of activities, such as adventure tours or shows and events.
  • The team explores deepening the understanding of specific categories, distinct UX formats needed, and how to best merchandise key information to travelers.
  • This includes how travelers make key decisions through social proof, developing proprietary data models, and all of the options available for the activities.
  • The UX Team is a multi-disciplinary team of Product Designers, Content Designers, and UX Researchers that collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to ensure principles are front and center in everything built.
  • Roles are located at the Berlin HQ or one of the local offices around the globe, including New York and Bangkok.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and iterate on high-quality customer experiences across web and app, from discovery through to delivery.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to make informed, outcome-focused design decisions — including running experiments and A/B tests.
  • Partner with UX Researchers to plan research initiatives and validate your designs.
  • Collaborate with Content Design, your PM, and cross-functional partners to build shared understanding and drive alignment.
  • Develop and advocate for a strong, user-centred point of view on your product area.
  • Contribute to the design system — extending and refining shared patterns and components.
  • Contribute to shaping the UX vision and 12-month direction for your product area, connecting your work to broader group strategy.
  • Mentor other designers and give constructive feedback that raises the quality bar across the team.
