About the Role

MailerLite is one of the fastest-growing email marketing services, helping more than 1 million businesses around the world. The team consists of more than 170 people.

We’re looking for a Product Designer with foundational experience in SaaS or B2C products and a solid understanding of working in product trios (product manager, designer, and software engineer). In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior designers and cross-functional partners, gaining exposure to design strategy and contributing to meaningful product decisions. You’ll help improve product workflows, refine user experiences, and support design research that informs our roadmap. We’re searching for someone who’s passionate about design, curious, proactive, and eager to grow and take ownership as their skills and confidence evolve.

Key values and culture:

  • Simplicity: Making sure the design stays true to the brand while serving users and company goals.
  • Growth: Constantly experimenting, learning, and trying out new things.
  • Ownership: Taking full responsibility for tasks; team leads avoid micromanaging to allow focus.
  • Expertise: Access to teammates with a wide range of different expertise.
  • Remote culture: You pick where you work every day.
  • Stability: MailerLite has been thriving for over 10 years with increasing year-over-year growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to proactively identify UX challenges and opportunities through a deep understanding of the product vision and requirements.
  • Collaborate with software engineers from end to end to maximize impact for users and business, enabling trade-offs whenever necessary.
  • Conduct user experience research using qualitative and quantitative approaches, fostering cross-functional collaboration with product & engineering.
  • Understand complex product workflows, distilling them into intuitive user flows, consistent component behaviors, and a unified style.
  • Manage both the big-picture vision and the day-to-day challenges of building a complex user-facing product.
  • Foster a supportive environment within your close team.
  • Collaborate with other company departments to identify areas of synergy, ensuring a unified and seamless user experience.

What You'll Bring

3+ years of experience working as a Product Designer on multiple platforms such as web apps and 3rd party integrations, or developing and maintaining a Design System.
Positive attitude and deep empathy towards end users and team members.
Leading design process through all design stages from discovery to final delivery and post-launch analysis.
Iterative design approach - start small, improve iteratively.
Decisions and designs based on data and user knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for rallying teams around a design vision.
Comfortable with AI as a baseline skill, and ready to help design AI-driven features and intelligence into the product itself.
User research experience.
Some knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Based in EMEA region.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Yearly gross salary range: $62,000 - $72,000.
  • Remote-first culture with the team working remotely from all over the world.
  • International health insurance provided with coverage in most countries. Monthly healthcare payout available in select countries where coverage is limited.
  • Company-paid retreats. Once per year the team gathers for a week in an exotic location to work, learn and have fun together.
  • 31 days of vacation per year.
  • 12 paid sick days for physical and mental well-being, no doctor's note required. Parents can use them to care for their sick children.
  • 4 creative days (one paid day off per quarter).
  • 12 parental days per year (one paid day off each month).
  • Parental leave: Paid bonding time at 100% of salary for 3 months for primary caregivers and 1 month for secondary caregivers.

  • An explanation of user research approach and methods used to inform design decisions.
  • How AI is used in your work.
