What You'll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end design across our Bookings and Online Store products β€” from early-stage concepts and user flows through to polished, high-fidelity UI ready for development.
  • Craft visually compelling interfaces, including iconography and illustrations, that raise the bar for quality and consistency across the portfolio.
  • Work across multiple squads simultaneously, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers and other designers to keep design and delivery in sync.
  • Contribute to and evolve our Design Systems, ensuring consistency and scalability as the product portfolio grows.
  • Use qualitative research and user data to inform design decisions and validate solutions β€” bringing a user-centred lens to everything you ship.

What You'll Bring

A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design β€” from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity UI β€” with a clear emphasis on visual craft, typography, and layout.
Experience designing for customer-facing products on both web and mobile, ideally in e-commerce, bookings, or similar consumer contexts.
Proven ability to work with and contribute to Design Systems at scale.
Comfort with managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders across different product areas at the same time.
