What You'll Bring
At least 6 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Advanced mastery of Figma—specifically Auto Layout, components, variants, component properties, variables, styles, and libraries—building structured, reusable, and maintainable files.
Experience working with Design Systems, understanding the relationship between components, variants, patterns, and tokens, as well as knowing when to reuse a component versus proposing a new variant.
Analytical and documentation skills, describing discrepancies clearly, objectively, and constructible for both designers and developers.
